We can tailor a customer’s grease trap service schedule to meet the requirements of the health inspector as well as the customer’s budget. We typically service grease traps every 30, 60, or 90 days however we can accommodate more frequent services as requested. After the first service, we will recommend a service schedule based on the percentage of grease and condition of the trap.
For used cooking oil, we will recommend a service schedule based on the amount of fryers and the frequency that the oil is changed. Most used cooking oil customers are weekly or monthly, however we can accommodate different service schedules based on the needs of the customer.
